Hypnosis is a natural, deeply relaxed state of mind.

It involves focused attention, reduced peripheral awareness, and an enhanced capacity to respond to suggestion.

It allows us to access our subconscious thought patterns and behaviours.

During this state of inner absorption, the conscious and subconscious mind have better communication.  This can allow a clarity to achieve a desired result.

When the mind is in this state, scientific research and neuroscience prove it is open to new perceptions, open to change.  By focusing on the positive, fulfilling way you want your life to be, hypnosis enables you to change your limiting or negative thought patterns and behaviours.

At no time during hypnosis are you out of control.  The therapist cannot make you do anything you are not comfortable with.  Rather, it is a relaxing and calming experience that can provide you with the tools required to achieve your goals.
